Moshpit!

Moshpit!

This quilt was inspired by a photo of my good girl, Moshpit. I liked how the
lighting in the original photo made some of her fur look blue! It was a bit of a
challenge to capture the subtle blend of colors in her coat. I ended up
layering some black polyester organza over cotton fabrics in black, brown,
grey and blue. The organza did a great job blending the colors! The boot is
made with real boot laces and rivets, and I quilted her name into the
background.
